We are seeking a Senior Manager for Segment Campaign Strategy to drive full-funnel segment strategies across multiple channels including email, paid media, web, and events. This role involves owning the segment campaign roadmap with quarterly themes that align with pipeline goals and translating segment narratives and product stories into impactful multi-touch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the full-funnel segment strategy across various channels.
  • Own and manage the segment campaign roadmap with quarterly themes aligned to pipeline goals.
  • Translate segment narratives and product stories into integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead cross-team alignment for integrated segment campaigns.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to activate hero assets within campaigns.
  • Balance strategic planning and execution while mentoring a small segment-marketing team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6–9+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing.
  • 2–4+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep familiarity with complex B2B sales motions and buying committees.
  • Proven success in planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience with territory models and account tiering aligned to Sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing technologies such as Marketo, as well as BI tools like Tableau and Bizible.
