Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the performance marketing and demand generation strategy.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound channels including SEM, Paid Social, YouTube, Email, and more.
  • Establish a data-first culture, defining KPIs and managing campaign performance.
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget, tying spend into performance and results.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing specialists.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance leadership on marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize vendor relationships and third-party channels to achieve pipeline goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing with a focus on Demand Generation.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments, achieving multi-million dollar revenue growth.
  • Expertise in martech stack, attribution, and measurement models.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into business narratives.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
