This role is pivotal in positioning Remote as the global HR partner of choice while driving qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs.
  • Position Remote as the preferred global HR partner across the ecosystem.
  • Drive qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Integrate strategic partners into Remote’s core marketing motions.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Partner Managers, Corporate Marketing, and Sales.
  • Own outcomes autonomously and contribute to the 2026 partner marketing strategy.
  • Gather competitive and ecosystem intelligence for informed positioning and messaging.
  • Run partner programs such as webinars, campaigns, events, and content.
  • Integrate partners into ABM, global campaigns, demand generation, and field activations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with HR tech or B2B SaaS markets preferred.
  • Experience with marketing processes and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
