We are seeking a Director of Media Strategy to lead the day-to-day strategy for 2–3 enterprise B2B accounts, each generating over $1M in monthly media. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive client growth and retention, architect impactful media plans, and collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap for pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Architect media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by buying stages and personas.
  • Forecast media, plan annually, and report with funnel attribution.
  • Collaborate with data/CRM teams to optimize towards marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales accepted opportunities (SAOs), and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a B2B performance focus.
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies.
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling).
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance to CMOs and revenue leaders.
