We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the AeroVect narrative and brand identity. This role involves designing and executing account-based marketing strategies targeted at airlines, airports, and ground handlers, while also managing product marketing and positioning for multi-stakeholder sales.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AeroVect narrative, brand, visual identity, and website.
Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Manage product marketing and positioning for complex sales processes.
Build customer references, case studies, and advocacy programs.
Oversee communications, PR, analyst relations, and executive visibility.
Develop executive thought-leadership content.
Support VC fundraising efforts through narrative development and investor materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

7–10 years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise/industrial markets.
Experience as the primary marketer at a growth-stage company.
Deep understanding of marketing to long-sales-cycle, multi-stakeholder buyers.
Strong writing skills for board narratives, case studies, and press releases.
Experience in supporting VC fundraising activities.
