The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for developing and owning the performance marketing and demand generation strategy to meet strategic bookings goals. This role will lead a team to achieve success while ensuring optimal budget allocation and conversion rates across all inbound and outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound demand generation channels including SEM, Paid Social, YouTube, Email, Webinars, Content Syndication, and ABM.
  • Establish a rigorous, data-first culture and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Manage campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the marketing and early-stage sales funnel through rigorous conversion optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of marketing specialists, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Strategically utilize vendor relationships and manage vendor budgets to achieve pipeline goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, leading Demand Generation and Performance Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling marketing programs leading to multi-million dollar revenue growth.
  • Expertise in martech stack, attribution, measurement models, and channel best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into a clear narrative.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
