We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Digital Engagement & Growth to own and lead our enterprise digital growth engine across the full lifecycle. This role involves advising marketing leaders on channel mix, segmentation, and budget management, while also driving the web experience strategy, including UX/UI, SEO, CRO, and personalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance marketing and global demand generation initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing automation and manage the digital stack.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise sales motions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven leadership in growth and demand generation.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and CRO.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution and data-driven insights.
  • Experience in executive communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to lead global teams effectively.
