We are seeking an experienced Director of Media Strategy to lead the day-to-day strategy and client communications for several enterprise B2B accounts with significant monthly spend. This remote position emphasizes growth, retention, and pipeline generation, driving revenue impact through integrated media planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and client communications for 2–3 enterprise B2B accounts with $1M+/month spend.
  • Own growth, retention, and roadmap with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue impact.
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, and ABM.
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies aligned with buying stages and personas.
  • Guide forecasting, annual planning, and performance reporting with a funnel attribution focus.
  • Collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize towards MQLs, SAOs, and revenue.
  • Present strategy and performance updates to CMOs and revenue leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with B2B performance strategy.
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise B2B clients.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies.
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Skilled in forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (multi-touch attribution, MMM).
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance updates to CMOs and revenue leaders.
