The Director of Media Strategy (B2B) will lead high-impact enterprise accounts, focusing on driving growth and retention through strategic media initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing and the ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 2–3 enterprise B2B accounts with a media spend of $1M+/month.
  • Own growth, retention, and roadmap for pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Translate marketing objectives into paid media strategies by buying stages and personas.
  • Guide forecasting, planning, and reporting with attribution and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize MQLs, SAOs, and revenue using Salesforce/HubSpot.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a B2B performance focus.
  • Proven success in leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement techniques (MMM, MTA, incrementality).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
