  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Glean, and Claude.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Experience in educating customers, partners, or internal teams; train-the-trainer models.
