The Revenue Enablement Manager will develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, frameworks, and competitive assets in collaboration with Marketing. This role ensures sellers have access to current and field-tested materials at the moment they need them, driving active pipeline through effective training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate Hootsuite's GTM positioning and value-based selling methodology into practical training programs.
  • Build and manage a coaching cadence leveraging AI to surface insights and identify skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs for operational launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with RevOps to drive adoption of new tools and processes, translating changes into field-facing learning experiences.
  • Maintain a continuous learning rhythm for tenured sellers through micro-learning and skills clinics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying sales role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools and conversational intelligence platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales content management tools.
