ActiveCampaign is seeking a talented Senior Brand Experience Designer to join our remote team. As a key member, you will help shape the customer experience through innovative design solutions, supporting our mission to help businesses grow with customer experience automation. This full-time role offers flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Job Overview
  • Design and enhance brand experiences that drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Champion ActiveCampaign's brand identity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand experience projects.
  • Develop design assets for digital and physical platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in brand or experience design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
