We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Global People Enablement to define and lead our multi-year global People Enablement strategy. This role will oversee global People Services, HR operations, and case management while ensuring effective governance of payroll, benefits, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a multi-year global People Enablement strategy.
  • Lead global People Services, HR operations, and case management.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation governance.
  • Own the Workday strategy, roadmap, and integrations.
  • Drive transformation, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Build and mentor teams; drive automation and AI initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience leading People Ops, HR Tech, and Total Rewards.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HRIS: implementation, optimization, and governance.
  • Experience leading global People Operations or Shared Services.
  • Proven track record of enterprise HR transformations at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of multinational compensation and benefits.
  • Experience integrating HR with Finance, payroll, ATS, and analytics.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite.
  • Operational discipline with a strategic vision.
