We are seeking a dedicated People Operations & Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing our employee journey through effective onboarding and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with Canadian HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end.
  • Serve as primary HR inquiries point of contact; manage ticketing system.
  • Maintain HRIS and payroll data; conduct regular audits.
  • Support payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and front-of-house duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations/HR within a high-growth environment.
  • Passion for culture and team building; a culture champion.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian HR practices, benefits, and compliance.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented operator with experience in admin-heavy workflows.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes including commissions and bonuses.
  • Confident in building processes from scratch and managing ambiguity.
