We are seeking a Staff Oracle HCM Functional Consultant at EY to configure Oracle HCM modules for dynamic IT transformation projects. Join us to work on innovative and challenging delivery excellence platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules including Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Help Desk, OTL, ORC, Payroll, and Talent.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance in the deployment of HCM solutions.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Oracle HCM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Experience in IT transformation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Experience with configuration and implementation of HR software.
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with training and user support practices.
