The Regional Partner Manager will manage existing partnerships and recruit and onboard new regional partners to drive indirect sales for Dialpad. This role requires becoming a subject matter expert on Dialpad, educating and training partners, and collaborating with sales teams to generate new opportunities and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage current partners and recruit new regional partnerships.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Dialpad.
  • Educate and train partners to capture mindshare.
  • Collaborate with partners and sales to source new opportunities and revenue.
  • Report to the AVP, Partner Sales covering the Pacific Northwest territory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in Channel Account Management for software.
  • Experience in recruiting partners, VARs, and master agencies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and pipeline goals.
  • Demonstrated methodical prospecting and pipeline building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence through presentations and demos.
