Job Overview
  • Drive sales and business development for strategic accounts in the DACH region.
  • Leverage Airtable's no-code platform to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Work remotely with a collaborative, results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and grow strategic accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Understand client business needs and align them with Airtable solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the DACH market and local business practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
