Apollo.io is seeking a driven SMB Account Executive to empower small businesses through our comprehensive Sales platform. As the main contact for inbound leads, you will guide founders, sales leaders, and RevOps teams through the evaluation process, helping them scale their pipeline generation and achieve long-term growth. This remote position is ideal for high-energy sales professionals passionate about exceeding targets and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview
  • Manage full sales cycle for SMB clients (1-200 employees).
  • Convert inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers.
  • Drive new business revenue and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Engage with senior buyers and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the discovery, evaluation, and closing process for all inbound leads.
  • Conduct 5+ meetings per day and sustain 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Run consultative sales calls and tailor Apollo.io's value to client needs.
  • Effectively handle objections and position Apollo.io against competitors.
  • Maintain detailed records and revenue forecasting within a 10% margin.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in high-volume inbound sales (5+ meetings/day).
  • 1+ years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Consistent top performer, achieving sales quota for at least 3 consecutive quarters.
  • Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills.
  • C1 English proficiency; confident presenter and closer.
  • Competitive, resilient, and coachable mindset.
  • Self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced sales environments.
