  • Engage in ongoing coaching and deliver compelling presentations to clients, consultants, and partners
  • Stay informed of product roadmaps and differentiators to effectively position offerings
  • Bring innovative ideas to the team and cultivate strong partnerships
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of labor sales management experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales team leadership
  • Expertise in healthcare, health benefits, digital solutions, or disease management
  • Relevant sales experience within the benefits or wellness space
  • Proven experience selling directly, via channel partners, and consultants
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed
  • Remote US-based role with flexible work options
