As a Go-to-Market Engineer at SIMBA, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our outbound infrastructure at scale. This role involves owning the GTM stack from end-to-end, deploying AI agents for prospect research and outreach automation, and optimizing the top-of-funnel metrics to enhance meetings and pipeline efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure.
  • Own the GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, and sequencing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Outreach.
  • Ability to measure and analyze funnel metrics.
  • Strong technical skills with REST APIs and automation tools.
