The Go-to-Market Engineer will play a critical role in building and maintaining the SIMBA outbound infrastructure, focusing on sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and sequencing. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure for SIMBA.
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack.
  • Deploy AI agents for scalable outreach.
  • Measure and optimize meetings and pipeline metrics.
  • Build API/webhook integrations for data management.
  • Evaluate new AI and GTM tools for competitive advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in GTM engineering or RevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier.
  • Proven track record of building outbound systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with contact center and telephony buyer personas is a plus.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B API sales motion is desirable.
