Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research and personalized outreach.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for meetings and pipeline.
  • Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to build outbound systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with contact center and CX buyer personas.
  • Background in B2C with B2B or API sales motion.
