The Go-to-Market Engineer will play a critical role in building and optimizing outbound infrastructure. This position involves overseeing the entire GTM stack, integrating advanced AI tools, and enhancing prospect outreach capabilities at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage outbound infrastructure including sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and sequencing.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end, including CRM and sequencing tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for personalized outreach and prospect research.
  • Track top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for improved pipeline performance.
  • Evaluate and implement new AI and GTM tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in GTM or RevOps engineering with technical expertise.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Outreach.
  • Metrics-driven approach with a focus on pipeline influence and conversions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.
