Join our dynamic team as a Go-to-Market Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our SIMBA outbound infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to own the end-to-end GTM stack, including CRM tools and AI integrations, while driving efficiency in our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing, enrichment, and sequencing at scale.
  • Own and optimize the GTM stack, including tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research and outreach.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel metrics to enhance meetings and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain integrations via APIs and automation tools.
  • Rapidly evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to shape GTM strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth, or RevOps.
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on outbound systems.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure pipeline effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools like Zapier.
  • Experience building enrichment pipelines and multi-step sequences.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven GTM or developer-tools is a plus.
