Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure including sourcing, enrichment, and sequencing.
  • Own the GTM tech stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools, and sequencing software.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research and personalized outreach initiatives.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel by tracking and optimizing for meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make for seamless data sync.
  • Evaluate and rapidly adopt new AI and GTM tooling.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and direct impact on GTM strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in GTM, growth, or RevOps with a strong tech focus.
  • Proven ability to build outbound systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, and Zapier.
  • Strong analytical skills to track pipeline influence, reply rates, and meetings.
  • Ability to ship fast, keep solutions simple, and act autonomously.
  • Nice to have experience in GTM for AI/voice or developer-tools; familiarity with CX/telephony personas.
