We are seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain our SIMBA outbound infrastructure, focusing on lead sourcing, enrichment, and scoring. This role is crucial in owning and optimizing our GTM tech stack, which includes CRM tools and AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach. You will work hands-on to measure funnel metrics and ensure our systems are effective for AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infrastructure.
  • Own the GTM tech stack, including CRM, enrichment, and sequencing.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
  • Track results and optimize top-of-funnel metrics.
  • Build integrations via APIs and other tools to keep data in sync.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in GTM engineering or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound systems including enrichment, sequences, and scoring.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, and Instantly.
  • Ability to measure and analyze funnel metrics.
  • Experience with B2C and B2B or API sales motions.
