The Field Operations Manager will lead the annual AMS GTM planning, focusing on fiscal modeling, ROI, headcount, and quotas. This role involves designing the AMS GTM structure across various departments including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development Representatives, and Professional Services. The manager will provide visibility on business health through BI applications and lead the operating cadence across the theater while overseeing the lifecycle of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual AMS GTM planning with fiscal modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Design AMS GTM structure across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDR, and PS.
  • Provide visibility on business health via BI applications.
  • Lead operating cadence across the theater and lifecycle oversight.
  • Support leadership with Quarterly Business Reviews and key management reporting.
  • Drive CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and regional reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of relevant business experience.
  • Experience with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
  • Demonstrable competence with Google G-Suite tools.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
