We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Account Executive specializing in API and CPaaS solutions to drive opportunities from pipeline to close and post-sales upsell. This role requires a value and solution-oriented sales approach, focusing on engagement and use-cases to grow API/CPaaS adoption in the Healthcare sector on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive opportunities from pipeline to close and manage post-sales upsell.
  • Utilize a value and solution-oriented sales approach to engage with clients.
  • Grow API/CPaaS adoption within the Healthcare sector.
  • Manage cross-functional opportunity management from Pre-Sales to Customer Success.
  • Build pipeline cadence to expand opportunities and secure new accounts.
  • Lead CPaaS product and vision presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in Healthcare tech SaaS, Cloud, or API-based communications with proven success.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships across business, marketing, and tech.
  • Located in the PST timezone to effectively cover the West Coast.
  • Experience collaborating with PreSales Consultants.
  • Proactive, creative, curious, independent, and collaborative mindset.
