As the Director of Product & Customer Marketing at Cin7, you will own and evolve our product marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue. You will lead positioning and messaging to differentiate Cin7, driving demand and go-to-market strategies for new products and features in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Cin7's product marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead positioning and messaging to differentiate Cin7 and drive demand.
  • Drive go-to-market for new products/features with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and customer journeys to improve targeting.
  • Deliver high-impact sales enablement to accelerate deals.
  • Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on product marketing.
  • Experience building or scaling customer marketing lifecycle programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth levers: acquisition, conversion, retention, expansion.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business and revenue impact.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Exceptional skills in positioning, messaging, and storytelling; experience with GTM launches.
