The Enablement Manager for Post-Sales will play a pivotal role in building a robust enablement foundation for the post-sales organization. This role focuses on designing core tracks for sales and finance, fostering partnerships, and leading the AI enablement roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build enablement foundation for the post-sales organization.
  • Design two core tracks: sales enablement and finance.
  • Document activation playbooks and onboarding processes.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships across product and analytics.
  • Scale with executive-level courses, scrimmages, and certifications.
  • Lead AI enablement roadmap and promote internal AI tool usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Background in Customer Success (CSM), implementation, or post-sales.
  • Expertise in finance and accounting, including AP/AR and month-end close.
  • Experience in sales enablement, including discovery, positioning, and expansion.
  • Consulting mindset with a focus on value frameworks and change sequencing.
  • High agency and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in AI tools with a focus on raising adoption.
