The GTM Integration Program Manager will own the integration programs for GTM systems including CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, and marketing. This role will involve leading cross-functional initiatives across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, RevOps, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead GTM system integration programs and initiatives.
  • Drive system consolidation, migrations, and tool rationalization.
  • Ensure data integrity and interoperability across GTM tools.
  • Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary accountability for GTM integration delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior TPM / Delivery Lead.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM systems such as CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, or marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading system consolidation, migrations, or tool rationalization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • This is an independent contractor role via a payroll platform, with remote work allocated at the client.
