Join our fast-moving startup as a Go-to-Market specialist, where you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. Collaborate with engineers and customers to build voice agent prototypes that drive user engagement, while developing comprehensive GTM playbooks and strategies that enhance our market presence. Your role will not only focus on sales but also ensure that our customers derive real value from our innovative AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Build and demo voice agent prototypes to facilitate buy-in.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers for seamless onboarding.
  • Develop GTM playbooks, messaging, and outbound strategies.
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in a sales or GTM role at a technical B2B company.
  • Proven success closing deals with CTOs/engineers and business buyers.
  • Comfortable with APIs and no-code/low-code tools for demos.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML or voice tech landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-directed with strong pipeline discipline.
