As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on the East region, you will be responsible for breaking into new enterprise accounts and building strong relationships to generate demand. Your role will involve uncovering use cases for Search, Security, and Observability that align with business goals, managing the sales cycle, and closing complex transactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Break into new Enterprise accounts and generate demand.
  • Uncover use cases for Search, Security, and Observability.
  • Manage the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
  • Build pipeline and long-term plans through community, customers, and partners.
  • Deliver revenue targets for New Business SaaS and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate across Elastic functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a track record of success selling SaaS subscriptions and services.
  • Utilize SFDC for accurate forecasting and predictability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience selling into Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge in Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud.
  • Ability to build relationships with IT and LOB executives.
  • Appreciation for Open Source GTM and user community.
  • Previous experience in the territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
  • Willingness to engage in community and partner outreach.
