As a Sales Development Representative at Actabl, you will be instrumental in building outbound sequences aimed at hotel operators across our diverse product lines. Your role will involve executing signal-driven outbound plays in collaboration with RevOps and Marketing, while utilizing Clay for workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage outbound sequences targeting hotel operators.
  • Execute signal-driven outbound plays in conjunction with RevOps and Marketing.
  • Identify re-engagement opportunities from closed-lost accounts and facilitate handoffs to Account Executives/Account Managers.
  • Prospect into ABE whitespace within pod territories with a focus on multi-product expansion.
  • Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound demo requests and ensure clean handoffs to the sales team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (inside sales, SDR, or hospitality operations).
  • Proven experience in managing outbound sequences and pipeline ownership.
  • Comfortable engaging in consultative phone conversations without a script.
  • Strong written communication skills, able to produce clear handoff summaries and documentation.
  • Organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple outbound and inbound tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Preferred location in Denver; remote work considered. Hybrid-friendly with offices in Denver, Atlanta, and Tampa.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
