The Account Executive II for Equipment Finance will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. This role involves building a robust vendor pipeline through outbound prospecting, meeting and exceeding sales volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days, and collaborating with underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build a vendor pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed volume goals within 90-120 days.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams.
  • Onboard vendors and ensure their comfort with our systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in equipment financing or 5+ years in another sales role.
  • Strong ability to read personalities and build rapport.
  • Demonstrated sales success with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Motivated, driven, and team-oriented individual.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Background in financial services is beneficial.
