We are seeking a Senior Major Account Executive II to drive net-new and expansion revenue across strategic enterprise accounts for Reflect. This role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a focus on value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth in test automation.
  • Manage multi-threaded deals and long sales cycles effectively.
  • Communicate and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling to QA, DevOps, or engineering leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on ROI and value-based outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies preferred.
