As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close for enterprise accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to territory management and collaboration with various teams to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop territory strategies and collaborate with SDR, marketing, and channel partners.
  • Build relationships with technology and consulting partners; educate them on Matillion's value.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and solution-architecture teams while continuously learning.
  • Manage RFPs and translate technical challenges into business value for all levels.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in full-cycle enterprise software sales with $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Proficient in MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling methodologies.
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and onboard new customers with a strong pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills; consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Desire to work in a flexible culture that supports work-life balance.
