Job Overview

This remote position focuses on strategic sales execution, complex deal management, and territory growth in healthcare technology. You will leverage Hearst Health's suite of solutions to address care guidance, clinical decision support, and operational improvements for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed assigned sales quota and build robust pipelines within designated territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closure, including RFP and contract negotiations.
  • Develop strategic territory plans and nurture relationships with C-level executives and target accounts.
  • Coordinate product specialist teams to deliver impactful demonstrations and client case studies.
  • Document sales activities in Salesforce.com and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and participate in relevant industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or post-acute sectors.
  • US citizenship or green card holder (no export restrictions).
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for overnight travel.
  • Strong hunter mentality, relationship-building, and sales resilience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Process-oriented, flexible, and adept at managing priorities and time.
  • Experience with Salesforce and managing complex sales processes.
