As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for an assigned game studio. You will assist players with various account and technical issues, as well as resolve queries related to purchases and gameplay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer support issues for players of assigned games.
  • Assist players with account management and technical troubleshooting.
  • Resolve queries regarding purchases and gameplay experiences.
  • Collaborate with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on client projects, game updates, and branding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent in Thai (C1 minimum) and intermediate in English (B2 minimum).
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of video games and gaming culture.
  • Experience with consoles like PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Dedicated quiet workspace at home.
