As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead and scale the US Solutions Engineering teams, developing and executing a global vision and strategy. This role is crucial in identifying product opportunities, delivering features, and leveraging AI tools to enhance our offerings. You will own the technical sales strategy, conducting demos and POCs, while partnering with Sales and Product teams to influence our roadmap and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale US Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute the global vision and strategy for Solutions Engineering.
  • Identify product opportunities and deliver features, demos, and automation tools.
  • Own the technical sales strategy; deliver demos and proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Partner with Sales and Product to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Implement scalable pre-sales processes and lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years leading US-based Presales or Solutions teams.
  • 10+ years in technical, client-facing roles (engineering/software).
  • Proven ability to build scalable assets such as automation tools and dashboards.
  • Strategic thinker regarding enterprise sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; knowledge of payments/fintech is advantageous.
