As the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at Okta for the SLED (State and Local Government and Education) sector, you will lead a dynamic team focused on delivering impactful solutions to prospects evaluating Okta. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering team.
  • Own and report on business impact with prospects.
  • Demonstrate, perform deep dives, trials, and proof-of-value evaluations.
  • Propose strategies to win opportunities and collaborate with presales teams.
  • Recruit, ramp, and mentor a diverse Solutions Engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of presales experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Experience selling to the US Public Sector.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
  • Vision for market opportunities and customer outcomes.
  • Knowledge of security concepts and Okta platform.
  • Strong talent development and community engagement skills.
