As the Senior Strategic Account Manager at Inspectiv, you will own a portfolio of our strategic accounts, concentrating on both retention and expansion. You will serve as the primary commercial owner responsible for renewals, pricing, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Act as the primary commercial owner, overseeing renewals and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across security, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure service delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment of strategies.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive usage and retention.
  • Lead executive reviews and strategic discussions on outcomes and opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing and growing strategic/enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Experience with multi-million dollar ARR/MRR management.
  • Strong commercial instincts focused on retention and expansion.
  • Ability to build credibility with VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success or delivery teams in a shared-account model.
