We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to develop and execute a comprehensive company-wide sales strategy. This leadership role will focus on scaling the sales organization, optimizing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a company-wide sales strategy.
  • Lead and scale the sales organization, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and outbound pipelines for verticals and regulated industries.
  • Lead strategic enterprise deals and coach field representatives.
  • Align with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize pipeline and renewals.
  • Engage with executives, including CISOs and CIOs, to drive sales initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in selling cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel 25-35% for customer engagements.
