We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to lead the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients in the AI and voice technology space. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and playbooks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product development based on customer needs while working with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls to align use cases and tech stack.
  • Build and demo custom voice agent prototypes.
  • Collaborate with engineers for seamless onboarding handoffs.
  • Develop GTM playbooks and outbound strategies.
  • Represent customer needs to influence product roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of sales experience in a technical B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in closing deals with technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and voice technology.
  • Experience with APIs and low-code tools for demos.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in telephony infrastructure or contact center solutions.
