The Pre-Sales Services Consultant (Engagement Services Manager) will play a pivotal role in articulating and selling Samsara Services to enterprise accounts. This position requires close collaboration with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to seamlessly integrate services into proposals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Services pursuits and forecast pipeline related to ARR attach quota.
  • Plan scoping, level of effort, transitions, and resource plans for successful service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on deployment and change management during delivery phases.
  • Participate in virtual teams to enhance Samsara Services processes and create collateral.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and partners during implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey the value of complex service solutions.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to create service templates and engagement processes.
  • Experience in scoping, producing, and delivering Statements of Work (SOWs) that meet client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree and proficiency with SFDC reports, dashboards, and navigation.
