The Partner Account Director for the Public Sector will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans aimed at enhancing relationships with U.S. Public Sector partners. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for U.S. Public Sector partners.
  • Drive end-to-end partner strategy across co-sell, resale, and enablement.
  • Build executive alignment and shared growth objectives.
  • Generate incremental partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish partner operating rhythm with reviews and pipeline tracking.
  • Identify market trends for joint solutions and new routes to market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales and partnerships.
  • 7+ years in partnerships or channel management.
  • Experience in the U.S. Public Sector software market.
  • Proven success with co-sell, resale, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership in strategic alliance relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
