The GTM Enablement & Training Lead will spearhead the creation of the first formal sales enablement program and strategy within the organization. This role focuses on building scalable onboarding processes for various GTM roles, developing certification frameworks, and leveraging AI-supported training systems to enhance learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program.
  • Create scalable onboarding processes for Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success (CS) roles.
  • Develop certification frameworks and role-based models.
  • Lead live and asynchronous training sessions, integrating coaching into daily workflows.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess training impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, training, or enablement, particularly in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Strong teaching and coaching skills with proficiency in adult-learning facilitation.
  • Fluency with AI tools to enhance content and training simulations.
  • Ability to create curricula, playbooks, and certification tracks independently.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, and SPIN.
