As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and leading deal strategies tailored to client priorities. You will own the full sales cycle and manage the end-to-end pipeline while leading technical and complex sales cycles, coordinating API integrations with Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and lead deal strategies tailored to client priorities.

  • Lead technical, complex sales cycles and coordinate API integrations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Product teams.
  • Represent Square in C-suite meetings and industry events.
  • Build Block's enterprise network and develop relationships with senior leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in enterprise sales with complex deals.
  • Deep experience in technical sales cycles and API integrations.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrated executive presence in C-suite meetings and conferences.
  • Experience selling SaaS/fintech, payments, or related verticals.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
