The Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in driving sales growth by managing enterprise customers and closing six-figure deals. This position requires a strategic mindset to develop territory strategies in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing teams, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales pipeline and close large deals exceeding six figures.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies alongside SDRs and marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology and consulting partners.
  • Educate partners on the value of Matillion.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and solutions teams for continuous learning.
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process, including navigating enterprise contracts and RFPs.
  • Translate customer technology challenges into business value.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle tech sales.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Experience in closing six-figure deals.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Force Management, and Value Selling methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in sourcing, onboarding, and managing customer pipelines.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
