Postscript is seeking a dedicated Client Growth Strategist to join our remote team. As a leading provider of SMS marketing software for Shopify stores, we empower e-commerce businesses across North America to scale their growth. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in North America while collaborating with innovative, results-driven professionals.

Job Overview
  • Lead client growth initiatives within the SMS marketing domain.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize client success and retention.
  • Collaborate with Shopify store owners to optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and deliver actionable growth plans.
  • Provide consultative guidance on SMS marketing best practices.
  • Monitor campaign results and identify new opportunities for client expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in client growth, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Expertise in SMS marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
